1. Before starting to use, check whether the indicator lights of each instrument of the gas tank are normal.

Secondly, it is necessary to observe whether the  tank makes abnormal sounds during operation. If there are other sounds, we should immediately stop using it and ask professionals to check and deal with it.

2. After work every day, clean the gas tank and the dust near the gas tank to avoid affecting the normal use of the gas tank, and record the relevant data changes.

3. Before starting the air compressor, carefully check whether the screw air compressor equipment has oil leakage.

4. The gas tank of the screw air compressor needs to be placed in a well-ventilated place, and a special radiator needs to be installed when necessary, so as not to affect the service life of the gas tank.

It is recommended to clean it at least once a month, and clean the radiator and other parts once every two months. Only in this way can the heat dissipation effect be guaranteed.

5. When starting, we need to observe whether the oil level of the gas tank drops at intervals. It can only be used when the temperature is normal.
