Significance of using a freeze dryer with a filter

The correct use of the refrigerated dryer is an important prerequisite for obtaining the required dew point compressed air, saving regeneration energy and prolonging the service life of the equipment. The cold dryer is rarely used alone, and the cold dryer is used in conjunction with the filter in almost all pneumatic pipe networks. This is not only the need to meet the quality of gas consumption, but also the need for the normal operation of the freeze dryer itself. A typical refrigeration dryer system is equipped with two filters before the air inlet of the refrigeration dryer, and one filter is installed after the exhaust outlet. Their functions are respectively:

(1) Micro oil mist filter. After being treated by the cold dryer, most of the water has been removed, but due to various reasons, there may still be certain impurities in the air, or the air quality cannot meet the technical requirements. At this time, it is necessary to install it at the outlet of the cold dryer. One filter: activated carbon adsorption filter: filtration accuracy: 0.01um, residual oil rate: only 0.003PPm. Applied in food, hospital, pharmaceutical factory, diving protection gas, post-filter of high-efficiency degreaser, oil vapor that cannot be removed by adsorption degreasing filter.

(2) Main line filter. Its function is to remove liquid water droplets and solid particles with larger particle size in the compressed air intake. If the cold dryer is in the state of a large amount of liquid water and solid impurities for a long time, the dehumidification capacity will gradually decrease. Therefore, the setting of the water removal filter is very necessary, the filtration accuracy: 1um, the water removal rate: 100%, the oil mist removal rate: 70%; it is used in the pre-filter of pneumatic tools, pre-filter of precision filter, adsorption dryer Front and rear filters, air system main line filter.

(3) Oil mist filter. Filtration accuracy: 0.01um, water removal rate 100%, oil mist removal rate 99.999%. Because if the air entering the cold dryer contains a large amount of oil film, the heat exchange effect of the heat exchanger in the cold dryer will be reduced. In the long run, the water removal effect of the cold dryer will be greatly reduced, and the outlet dew point will also increase. Therefore, oil-free air is provided for the use of oil-filled air compressors to meet the needs of precision instruments, painting, pharmaceutical packaging and electronics industries.
