The three stages are double-acting cylinders, and each stage is equipped with at least 2 sets of intake and exhaust valves to avoid shutdown caused by failure of a single valve, less mechanical loss, small pressure difference, and smaller gas leakage during compression. The operating temperature of all levels is reduced, saving energy and increasing the service life of wearing parts.
3. The forged steel crankshaft is processed by various processes and the tapered end make the installation and disassembly of the pulley easier.
4. The stainless steel valve body and pressure valve cover are not easy to rust and easy to disassemble. An imported PEEK valve plate is selected, with less noise and better sealing.

In the process of blowing PET bottles, a large amount of high-pressure air is often consumed. However, with the improvement of blow molding technology, the blow molding machine can recover a considerable 5-15 bar low-pressure air. SOLLANT’s oil-free booster can be re-pressurized to 40 bar through a 2-stage oil-free booster device. This system is simple and reliable. The energy-saving effect is obvious. And it can be used as a separate 40bar system.
The design of the booster makes it suitable for use: depending on the type of gas that needs to be boosted in your process, we can provide the booster with or without a casing.
