Silent models are suffixed with “X” and can be multi-machined to increase gas volume. They feature IoT-linked control and are equipped with integrated drying, purification, and storage equipment. Customizable silent units are available: flow rates 0.3-12 m³/min, pressures 2.0-45 MPa.

Structure and design features of medium and high pressure compressor units

The cylinders and crankcase are constructed of high-grade cast iron to ensure the machine’s long life.

Flywheel Fan – The rotating flywheel blades generate a cyclonic airflow to cool the cylinders, intercooler, aftercooler, and cylinder head.

The intercooler and aftercooler are finned-Tube type, mounted directly on the machine and cooled by the cyclonic airflow generated by the rotating flywheel blades.

Centrifugal Unloader – During startup and shutdown, compressed air is released from the intercooler and cylinders, allowing for restart without additional load, effectively preventing overloaded startup.

Regulator – All high-voltage units are equipped with automatic start/stop control.

Automatic Electronic Condensate Drain System – A highly efficient and reliable electronic drain system is used, allowing for adjustable drain intervals and discharge times based on different operating environments.

Motor – TEFC motor, IP54 protection rating, Class B temperature rise, Class F insulation, compliant with IEC standards.

Drive – A heavy-duty V-belt drive with a steel protective cover ensures operator safety. Low oil level protection switch (optional) – Prevents the unit from operating due to oil shortage. When the oil level falls below the safe level, the control circuit cuts off power to the main motor. The unit cannot be restarted without adding lubricant, ensuring safe operation of the compressor.

Chassis – The heavy-duty chassis is machined using CNC equipment, and the motor can be adjusted horizontally to facilitate tensioning of the V-belt.
